Below are a few common questions we get asked,

  • How long does it take to set up and collect ?

It takes approximately 10 minutes to set up and approximately 20 minutes to deflate and pack away.

Please make sure all access routes are clear of all hazards and the grass is free from toys, animal droppings ect.

  • What type of surface do i need?

Grass is preferred and by far the safest surface, however we will place our inflatables on a hard surface providing you agree to the conditions of hire.

Please let us know at the time of booking so we can take extra measures to ensure the safety of the customers.

  • When will the inflatable arrive /collected?

The Bouncy Kings team aim to deliver between 7am -11am. We then collect them 5pm onwards during the winter months and 6pm in the summer. We cannot give you an exact time, only an estimated unless at a venue.

Indoor Hires are delivered and collected as arranged to suit party times.

  • How much room do i need for my inflatable?

Please Check on the product page of the inflatable(s) you are hiring, where you will find all the information you need regarding the space needed.

It is your responsibility to check that the hired products are suitable and safely fit in the space allocated.

  • Can you go through house?

We prefer a side entrance or rear access, due to the weight of the inflatables, However we can go through your house providing you make reasonable efforts to make a clear run through the house.

Marks may occur on floorings etc when bringing items through your home, Bouncy Kings accept no responsibility for this.

  • Can adults use the inflatables?

We have adult castles available to hire, also Sumo Suits , Gladiator Duel where adults are free to have fun!

Adults are forbidden from using Childrens Bouncy Castles, any damage due to negligence must be paid for.

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out. If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process. Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
